Plans are being prepared to introduce rugby league into Estonia this year. The England rfu has set an example that the rugby world will certainly follow, but we have for some time been thinking of such actions to help Estonians start playing rugby with league. Simpler to coach, no scrums, lineout and it will certainly allow the running lines to develop, and get the bite into tackling.

Youngsters in Estonia are no different than those in Europe who are starting to play rugby for the fist time, just wanting to run with the ball from one end to the other, and why not. Rugby League officials will be coming to coach the teachers and support the development process.
